We would say: "We treat binocular vision problems. We specialize in physical therapy for the eyes to help the two eyes work better together."

Reasons for getting a Vision Therapy Evaluation:
1) If an outside professional suspects there is a vision problem that could be treated or improved with Vision Therapy
2) If a parent is interested in seeing if their child has any vision related problems that may be hindering their academic performance
3) If an adult has had a stroke or a head injury and they are having vision issues as a result
All of these scenarios can be treated and/or improved with Vision Therapy. A Vision Therapy Evaluation will diagnose these problems and determine how long a patient needs therapy in order to become rehabilitated.
